The City of Santa Barbara (City) is requesting proposals from qualified construction management firms to provide construction management and material testing services for the De La Vina Street Bridge Replacement Project (Project). The Project is federally funded through the Highway Bridge Program (HBP). All construction services solicited by the City must conform to federal guidelines for procurement and labor practices. The Project has a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) goal of 9% for the construction management, observation, monitoring, inspection, and material testing services that will be provided by the consultant (Attachment 1).
