This solicitation is for the removal of the existing restroom/concession facility onsite and necessary site preparation for a new prefabricated facility provided by the Public Restroom Company. The selected contractor is required to furnish ALL labor, materials, service, and equipment necessary to perform the duties as described herein and per the approved attached improvement plans. Description: Removal of existing concrete paving, drinking fountain and restroom building, disconnect all utilities before demolition. Remove existing sand, play equipment, and concrete curbing and footings in octagon area off of Chestnut Avenue. The project construction includes concrete paving, and new restroom building, along with topsoil fill in octagon area. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
