The Project generally involves the installation of Small Trash Capture (STC) underground devices at various locations throughout the City, designed to catch trash and prevent it from entering the waterways. STC devices will be installed in existing City inlets and catchbasins which will have screens that prevent debris and trash larger than 5mm to enter the City's Municipal Seperate Storm Sewer System. This project will help the City towards it's C.10 targets set in the Municipal Regional Permit for June 30, 2025. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
