The Contractor must possess an A - General Engineering Contractor’s License, a C8 - Concrete Contractor's License, or a C12 - Earthwork and Paving Contractor's License issued by the Contractor’s State License Board at the time the bid is submitted, per Business and Professions Code section 7028.15. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
