The Project is located in Vasona County Park between the lake and State Highway 17 in the Town of Los Gatos. There are two primary sections of pipeline. The first section traverses from manhole (MH) 8-052-82 near the south entrance of the park and terminates at MH 8-053-83 on the east side of State Highway 17. The second section traverses from MH 8-061-83 norward terminating at MH 6-089-86 near the Vasona Reservoir Dam. The scope of work includes but is not limited to the following: • Trenchless rehabilitation of approximately 5,000 lf of 8-inch to 12-inch diameter Vitrified Clay Pipe (VCP) sewer mains. • Rehabilitation of 28 existing sanitary sewer manholes. • Site and pavement restoration, as necessary. The DISTRICT has determined that the successful Contractor shall possess a valid Class A, General Engineering license at the time of the bid opening and for the duration of the contract. Bonds required.
