The purpose of this Request for Qualifications (“RFQ”) is to pre-qualify firms that provide the types of services that are listed and defined in this document. The successful consultants will assist with these planning efforts in one or more of six technical areas listed below: 1. Land Use Planning and Urban Design 2. Circulation Improvements 3. Community Engagement 4. Environmental Review Analysis 5. Traffic Impact Analysis 6. Public Finance and Economic Feasibility The City intends to award multiple on-call master consultant agreements based upon the highest-ranked scores for each technical area mentioned above. The selected consultants shall comprise a shortlist of available, on-call consultants. Consultants may submit qualifications in response to this RFQ for one or more of the above-mentioned technical areas.
