The City of Gilroy (City) owns the Old City Hall Restaurant building located at 7400 Monterey Hwy, Gilroy, CA 95020. This building is a two-story historic building that is over 100 years old. The HVAC equipment in this building was installed in 1982, and is well beyond its end of life. The current system is comprised of 10 HVAC units, a cooling tower, and a boiler system. The City seeks the services of a design-engineering firm to develop plans and specifications and provide construction oversight services for the HVAC replacement at Old City Hall Restaurant.
