The University of California, Santa Cruz (UCSC) invites the submission of Qualification documents from Executive Design Professionals to serve as Executive Architect or Engineer for alteration and addition projects in support of Social Sciences and Humanities Divisions. This package includes more information on the projects, a format for submitting proposals, and a description of the selection process. This RFQ covers the scope of work of the Executive Architect to prepare feasibility studies and pre-design documents, design and construction documents, provide bidding support, and construction-phase administration duties for future construction projects. UC Santa Cruz is requesting written responses to this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for the selection of multiple firms to provide all necessary Pre-Design, Design Development, Construction Documents, Bidding and Construction Administration services to successfully award a construction contract. The potential projects will scope and site conditions and project size and cost will vary.
