Bids will be received for a single prime contract for converting an existing drinking water production well at Beltz 12 into an aquifer storage and recovery (ASR) facility. The Engineer’s estimate anticipates that the total bid price will be $2.8 million and the Contract Time for the completion of all the Work of the Project is 425 days. The proposed Work is generally described as follows: 1. Demolition and modification of the existing production well facility 2. Modification of existing mechanical, piping, electrical, instrumentation, and control systems 3. Installation of new yard piping, electrical conduits, and instrumentation 4. Installation of chemical systems for corrosion control 5. Installation of downhole control valves and new column piping 6. Ancillary improvements in support of the foregoing
