Contractor is responsible for: 1. Remove and dispose of the three existing cubicles on the west wall in Housing. 2. Provide and install four (4) new cubicles on the same wall, which is 33’ in length. The new size of each cubicle will be 8 ft x 8 ft, and 84 inches to 89 inches in height. Contractor must verify all measurements. Note: Height of wall panels must stay 18 inches from ceiling. 3. Each cubicle is to have a sliding door in the center. With glass panels in the upper portion of each wall for natural lighting. The color of panels and equipment must match or complement existing color scheme currently in the office. All panels colors are to be approved by Housing staff prior to contract award. 4. Work stations are to be u-shaped with adjustable legs to accommodate sitting or standing 5. Provide and install two upper cabinets in each cubicle with locking fronts and LED lighting under each unit. Each upper must match or compliment color of walls. 6. Provide and install one matching center lap drawer in each cubicle. The Contractor must possess a C-61/D34 – Prefabricated Equipment or other applicable license. Bonds required.
