The work to be performed includes the following: Provision of all equipment, materials, and labor necessary for the renovation of the interior and exterior of an existing structure in accordance with the approved plans and specifications. Work includes but is not limited to the following: demolition of existing flooring and opening 4x8 access panels to crawl space. remove (e) pier footing post. replace with steel jacks. Level as needed to achieve level floor as noted on drawings. remove and replace (e) sump pump with new automatic float switch operated sump pump in new sump. Connect to (e) piping replace removed plywood subflooring to match existing repair wall to ceiling joints, caulk tight throughout building where they patch and repair drywall as needed in main meeting room. Clean, repair & parge exterior concrete walls & entry ceilings, paint repairs to match (e) texture and paint color. Re-align doors as needed after leveling deductive alternate: remodel office to house new all gender restroom. Provide new walls, doors, electrical and lighting, plumbing, plumbing fixtures, wall frp, paint, signage, ADA accessories, restroom accessories. install new resilient vinyl flooring in meeting room, all halls, and adjoining post office lobby. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
