The County of Sierra is accepting proposals for Professional Engineering, Environmental Services, and Construction Management Services for the following 2023 Storm Damaged Roadway Embankment and Shoulder Repair project: Brandy City Road - 1 location The tasks required to complete these projects include project management, survey & base mapping, preliminary engineering, environmental clearance and permitting, final design, bid assistance and construction support services. A more detailed description of the tasks required to complete the engineering and environmental services for these projects is defined in the Scope of Work section of this proposal. This agreement also includes Construction Management Services. It is expected the Construction Management Services will include providing a Resident Engineer and project inspector(s) to perform inspection, materials testing, environmental monitoring, labor compliance and construction management services in conformance with all County and State standards and standard practices for state funded projects.
