The intent of this Invitation for Bids is to establish a two-year contract with three one-year renewal options for HVAC maintenance and repair services for the City of Santa Rosa in compliance with the specifications, terms, conditions identified within the IFB. The Prime Contractor shall have at the time of bidding and throughout the life of the contract, current and active California Contractors classifications identified below: C-04 – Boiler, Hot Water Heating and Steam Fitting C-10 – Electrical C-20 – Warm Air Heating, Ventilating and Air Conditioning C-36 – Plumbing C-38 – Refrigeration
