The WORK includes The intent of the work is to install additional insulating material on specific walls and doors to increase sound transmission between spaces. The site of the WORK is located: 11 English Street, Petaluma, CA, The work involves minor electrical adjustments, repair of finishes and painting. The work also includes the installation of carpeting purchased by the City. The work will take place in four offices within the east wing of City Hall. The work includes maintaining a suitable interior environment for continuing City Hall operations and doing other work specified in these special provisions and as shown on the plans. CONTRACTOR shall possess a valid Class A or B license at the time that the Contract is awarded. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
