The Work consists of construction of improvements to the Santa Rosa Plain Water Resiliency Project - Occidental Road Well Activation located at 5610 Occidental Road, Santa Rosa, California, in an unincorporated area of Santa Rosa. The Work includes, but is not limited to Site demolition and providing concrete pads; well station piping, fittings, and supports; 1 aquifer recharge valve; 1 well pedestal; 1 above-ground sand separator and 1 downhole sand separator; 1 submersible well pump including Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) and pump column piping; 2 fiberglass buildings; chlorination system including chemical dosing system; pump to waste system; control valves; manual valves; meters; instrumentation; and related mechanical, electrical, and controls equipment, including system integration and commissioning modes of operation for long-term operation of the well. A California “A” contractor’s license is required to bid this contract. Joint ventures must secure a joint venture license prior to award of this Contract. Prevailing wages.
