The Regional Housing Authority invites proposals from qualified Contractors to provide all labor materials. and equipment required to perform miscellaneous, on-call building maintenance services and or projects, as described in Attachment A, Scope of Work. The contract is scheduled to commence on January 31, 2025, and continue through January 30, 2028. With two 12-month extensions. The contractor should provide a full range of routine building maintenance services. These services include but are not limited to: a. General carpentry b. Basic plumbing c. Basic electrical problems d. Unit inspection/repair in preparation for new tenant (from clean out to move in) e. Hauling /disposing of materials. f. Interior/exterior painting g. Fence building and repair h. Roof patching and repair i. Drywall j. Flooring
