The work to be performed is for the construction necessary to disconnect the Civic Center from the existing on-site domestic water wells and provide water to the campus by means of a new California Water Service Connection at a designated location adjacent to the campus. The successful Bidder shall possess a Class “A, B, or C-36” California Contractor's License at the time the bid is submitted and maintain that license until the Project is completed. The successful Bidder shall furnish the bonds, insurance policies and certificates, specified in the Instructions to Bidders and General Conditions. Bonds required.
