The Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, materials, equipment and other incidental and appurtenant work to repair, maintain, replace, construct and service traffic signals, detectors, fiber and twisted-pair traffic signal interconnects as requested through Task Order and at locations throughout the City of Oxnard as directed by the Project Manager. Such services may include but are not limited to: Inspect traffic signal equipment and identify required maintenance needs, Repair, maintain, or replace worn, damaged, or potentially faulty components in signal cabinets, Repair, maintain, or replace signal cabinets and/or components that exceed the useful life, Repair, maintain, or replace signal poles, including foundations and standard required underground work, Repair, maintain, or replace broken traffic signal conduits, Repair, maintain, or replace traffic signal wiring, Repair, maintain, or replace traffic signal detector loops, Repair, maintain, or replace video detection equipment, Repair, maintain, or replace fiber and/or twisted pair traffic signal interconnect and conduit. For any fiber activity, Contractor shall be required to provide certification or subcontractor certified to work on fiber optic cables and equipment, Any Work on service pedestals shall include reinstating electrical power to that service pedestal, Provide temporary signaling equipment, and Obtain all necessary permits to complete any Task Order.
