Proposer shall provide all labor, traffic control, materials, supplies, equipment, vehicles, and haul away of all debris as needed to test, repair, replace and/or install backflow devices. The City currently owns 433 backflow devices at various locations throughout the City that require annual state mandated testing by a certified backflow device tester , per request by City and in accordance with specified test dates and deadlines. The City reserves the right to add or subtract the number of devices throughout the term of the contract. Prevailing wages.
