The Work will be performed in strict conformance with the Contract Documents, permits from regulatory agencies with jurisdiction and applicable regulations, and includes, but not limited to: Minor demolition, patch and repair flooring 1,000 sf, paint, new tack board and whiteboard, one new electrical outlet for relocated projector per classroom, and replace damaged ceiling tile as required. Pre-qualification required. DVBE goal is 3%. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
