The consultant shall be capable of providing engineering services for roadway and structures engineering, surveying, hydrology and hydraulic engineering and development plan check where required. In addition to these general tasks, the consultant shall be capable of producing reports, studies, master plans, conceptual designs, specifications, permitting requirements, and budget estimates on an as needed basis. Along with these, the consultant shall provide the full range of supporting services including preliminary studies, public outreach, renderings, drawings, specifications, estimates, scopes of work and other professional services.
