Professional Services under this agreement will be composed of task orders for each individual project assigned by the City. The task order proposal shall identify a concise schedule for completion of the Work. It is Consultant’s responsibility to determine the best and most cost effective method to complete the Work so that the assigned task order can be completed to the satisfaction of the City of Oxnard. Task orders will be negotiated as a lump sum amount per term based upon the hourly rate fee schedule as agreed to by the City and Consultant for all services and under agreement amount. Task order funds will be encumbered based on quote provided to City by Consultant per task order. This Scope of Work will allow for additional professional services offered by Consultant and the services noted below shall not be restricted to those directly stated.
