RTU: Replace existing RUUD rooftop packaged air conditioner with new York or Carrier brand. Unit to be minimum equivalent to capacity, voltage and accessories of existing. Title 24 compliant. Include economizer and barometric relief. Demolish existing curb and wood platform below curb. Provide new factory curb with factory seismic hold downs. Do not modify ANY existing roof structural framing as part of this scope of work Modify ductwork as needed to adapt to existing plenum drops. Provide all necessary materials and labor to reconnect electrical, gas, thermostat controls and condensate drain. Condensate Drain to be modified to penetrate roof and tie into (n) tail piece @ sink in Nurses room Exposed piping in room to be copper pipe painted to match exiting Swiss Coffee color of room. Provide Roof Jack for patch by others Provide new Venstar T4950SCH-IAQ thermostat. Provide start up of new equipment. Submit start up report. District will provide roof patching. Split Unit: Replace existing Amana split unit with new York or Carrier brand Unit to be minimum equivalent to capacity, voltage and accessories of existing. Title 24 compliant. Include economizer plenum. Modify ductwork as needed to adapt to existing supply air, return air and outside air. Provide all necessary materials and labor to reconnect electrical, gas, thermostat controls and condensate drain. Provide minimum 3’x3’ concrete pad for new unit to be secured to Replace refrigerant piping. Include new pipe insulation and metal jacket on piping exposed to weather. Provide new Venstar T4950SCH-IAQ thermostat. Provide start up of new equipment. Submit start up report. Pre-qualification required. Pre-qualification questionnaire due by December 11, 2024. DVBE goal is 3%. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
