Consultant will prepare and deliver the following: emergency shelter staff, emergency shelter operations, and reports of inventory of shelter supplies, intake shelter customers, and personnel payroll records. All work shall be completed in accordance with applicable City standards and applicable within the agreed upon timeline. Completion of the work includes but is not limited to, provide shelter staffing and operations within 24-hours of activation determined by the City. Shelter staff will set-up, operate, and break-down shelter operations using shelter supplies provided by the City. Emergency shelter staff will be knowledgeable of basic shelter operations and American Red Cross guidance on shelter operations. Shelter staff will provide up to 3 nights of 24-hour operations. Shelter Operations will be conducted at the Eagle Pointe Recreation Center (EP), located at 6060 E Parkway Dr, Commerce City, Colorado, or other City facility if necessary and as identified by City staff.
