The project scope includes, but is not limited to the replacement and upgrades to mechanical & HVAC building systems at the CU Anschutz Perinatal Research Facility. • Replace rooftop air handling unit (PH-1) in its entirety. This will include replacement and reuse of existing hydronic components currently located in the boiler room section of unit and its related equipment. • Replacement of the existing rooftop Bryan Steam Boiler with new. o This will include replacement of the boiler and modifications to the existing system to remove abandoned heat exchangers that were originally used to provide hydronic heating. The new system will be modified to serve only the steam needs of the entire building. Bonds required.
