The City of Arvada is seeking qualified firms to provide Construction Management/General Contractor services (CMGC) for the new Police Evidence Building. The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit Proposals from firms with expertise in acting as a CMGC with the competence in providing, coordinating, and performing Construction Management services and trades of the General Construction services necessary to complete the Project in its entirety.
