The Contract provides for the construction of one (1) fully buried fivemillion-gallon (5MG) concrete treated water storage tank and includes a tank mixing system, access hatches, ladders, and venting. Additional ancillary items which are part of the Work include, but are not limited to: erosion control, site grading, earthwork, inlet and outlet piping, bypass piping, overflow piping, drain piping, temporary and permanent access roads, fencing, miscellaneous yard piping, valves, vaults, and electrical equipment. 1. The 5MG concrete tank shall be either AWWA D110-Type III prestressed concrete water storage tank or AWWA D115 post tensioned concrete water storage tank Bonds required.
