The Town of Bennett is seeking a qualified contractor for the construction of Civic Park. Civic Park is a proposed community park consisting of a baseball field, playground equipment, splash pad, restroom and concessions building, site furnishings, and parking lot. It is approximately 6 acres in size. The Civic Park project entails developing the park land to the west of Muegge Road south of Town Hall and includes new walkways, new parking lot, a new restroom/concessions building, a plaza, installing a playground and splash pad, a new baseball field with dugouts, fencing, backstops and bleachers, site furnishings, installing landscape and irrigation. Bonds required.
