CRHDC is requesting the proposals for the services of a Contractor to perform all of the necessary construction tasks to complete the construction of the Tierra Azul Infrastructure project. The Work generally consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and any and all other items necessary to complete the installation of the project, in accordance with Contract Documents including the plans and specifications. Scope includes, but is not limited to: Erosion Control, Earthwork, Sanitary Sewer, Underdrain, Dewatering, Storm Sewer, Watermain, Dry Utility Sleeves, Asphalt, Site Concrete, Street Lights and Signage & Striping. Assist in Procuring all permits and Utilities with required fees for permitting and construction. All materials, labor, contracting, and supervision required for the completion of the scope presented in the final construction drawings. Closeout of the project and punch list. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
