The City of Arvada’s Facilities Management Division is requesting qualifications from professional contractors for the purpose of establishing an on-call contract to list to assist the City staff on overhead door work including preventative Maintenance (PM) services and future projects on an as-needed Basis. It is anticipated the City of Arvada will utilize these services throughout the year, and the awarded vendor(s) will be asked to submit fee proposals for each project being considered.
