The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is for the San Luis Valley Boys & Girls Club (“Club”) to solicit proposals for a Phase 1 Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) for the future site of the San Luis Valley Early Care and Learning Center (“Center”). The Center will be located at 1107 Positive Place in Alamosa, Colorado (Assessor’s Parcel Number: 541309423017). The property is 2.25 acres and is the site of the Boys and Girls Club of the San Luis Valley clubhouse built in 2002. The Club has completed the architectural design of the 17,566 square foot San Luis Valley Early Care and Learning Center (“Center”) and groundbreaking is anticipated for Fall 2024. Prevailing wages.
