- The work to be performed under this contract includes asphalt patching, concrete removal and replacement including but not limited to Sign panel, ADA Ramps, sidewalks, inlets, curb and gutter and cross pans. The Contractor shall supply all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to complete the work in accordance with these specifications. The contract shall be awarded based on bids received and the contract documents. Contractor will be required to coordinate construction activities with adjacent businesses, trash removal companies, school district, HOA, Metro Districts, and other City maintenance projects if applicable. Work shall take place between, Approximately October 2024 and January 2025. A schedule of sequencing of all work shall be submitted at or before the project pre-construction meeting and approved by the City prior to issuance of Notice to Proceed. Bonds required.
