Scope: The City is seeking one or more consultants to provide engineering and/or construction management services on an on-call, as needed basis for the water and wastewater treatment areas. Minimum Qualifications: Proposals will be considered only from Consultants who: are established in the industry of providing planning, design and construction management services for wastewater treatment facilities that are greater than 5-mgd in size and water treatment facilities that are greater than 10-mgd in size are financially responsible have local capacity in addition to national expertise have experienced personnel able to provide the required services Bonds required.
