Chaffee County (Owner) hereby invites interested firms and/or individuals (Professional Service Providers) to submit a response to this Request for Qualifications & Proposal (RFQ/P) for professional services in support of the Chaffee County Sheriff's Office in Salida, Colorado. Chaffee County recently purchased a 2.55 acre site with an approximately 4,500 SF existing building and is planning a renovation & new construction project for the Sheriff’s Offices to occupy. The project is anticipated to reuse approximately 2,400 of existing building along with the construction of approximately 11,000 sf additional new space.
