The project aims to research solutions in four specific areas in order to simplify and accelerate the development of Accessory Dwelling Units throughout unincorporated Delta County. Tasks include researching water purveyors in the County, providing OWTS augmentation design strategies for ADU's, proposing solutions to expedite review of ADU applications, identifying applicable ADU incentives, and bundling all research into a step by step guide for ADU's. Bonds required.
