Denver Public Schools is interested in learning about options for replacing our critical communications PoTS Lines as providers begin to decommission aging copper infrastructure. These lines will be used for Elevators, Gas Meters, Area of Rescue and Survivability lines and should be compliant with local fire and EMS codes. The District will need to replace roughly 375 PoTS lines throughout about 160 facilities in the Denver Metro area. This includes 27 Area of Rescue lines, 142 Elevator lines, and 163 Survivability and Gas Meter lines.
