The Colfax Ave Business Improvement District (CBID) in Denver, CO is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors to perform cleaning, maintenance, and beautification services within the public right-of-way; and, when schedules and abilities permit, coordinate a fee-for-service with the BID and private property owners. The selected contractor will provide sole oversight of all program operations, including, but not limited to, hiring, managing, training and advancing employees, and maintaining on-going communication with the CBID and its designated representatives. The contract will commence on January 1, 2025, for a period of twelve (12) months.
