The Town of Gypsum (Town) is seeking qualified contracting firms to rehabilitate the existing Saddle Ridge Water Storage Tank to address settlement issues around the common inlet/outlet pipe. The Saddle Ridge water storage tank is accessed via a locked dirt access road from Buckhorn Valley Boulevard just north of McHatten Creek in Gypsum, Colorado - Figure 1. Rehabilitation efforts include providing 12,000 gallons of pressurized temporary water storage, installation of a door sheet, removal and replacement of existing floor plate, installation of clean sand, modifications to the existing common inlet/outlet pipe, welding, surface preparation and coatings on the interior and exterior, radiograph testing, and disinfection. Bonds required.
