El Paso County is soliciting responses from qualified, experienced, professional Contractors to furnish all materials and labor as necessary for the CSC Parking Lot Paving. The Citizen’s Service Center’s (CSC) parking lot has areas that are sinking and areas with wide cracks that are very deep and running the length of the lot. Major potholes have developed. The parking surface has not had a major renovation since the building was constructed in 2000. Bonds required.
