The Work generally consists of installation, construction, maintenance, repair or replacement of water and wastewater systems, including but not limited to pipelines, water and wastewater treatment plants, raw water systems, tunnel rehabilitation and dam rehabilitation, performed in accordance to the Water and Wastewater Line Extension & Service Standards (LESS) or per the specifications provided in individual Invitations for Bid.
