The Project is a remodel of the offices and workspaces in the fourth floor emergency services dispatch center and a conversion of the existing basement offices for use as a dispatch training area. The work includes the demolition of existing interior walls, relocation for door and window units, construction of new walls, and the reconfiguration of power, lighting, data, and HVAC systems. The goal of this project is to upgrade and expand personnel workspaces, trainings areas, and communications capabilities for 911 dispatchers. Bonds required.
