Colorado Springs Utilities is requesting proposals to award multiple Task Order Contacts to qualified Construction Manager/General Contractors (CMGC) to provide design services and construction services to replace and/or renew approximately 10-20 miles of 6” to 42” diameter existing potable water distribution pipelines and infrastructure within the City of Colorado Springs, Colorado over a five-year period (2025-2030) under the Finished Water Linear Assets Program (FWLAP). The water distribution pipelines and infrastructure that will be designed and replaced are generally deteriorated cast iron, ductile iron, and steel potable water pipes with operating pressures between 60 psi and 250 psi that are currently installed underneath existing streets within the limits of the City of Colorado Springs, Colorado (CITY). You MUST be registered in GEP SMART in order to participate in the solicitation.
