Project requires the installation of one (1) new ground looping system at exit gate, one (1) single person gate, the relocation of one (1) card key at entry gate, and new LED light poles and fixtures with conduit for running low voltage wiring for security cameras. The intended use for the lot is for the parking of trucks, cars, and emergency equipment in preparation for future catastrophic events. Bonds required.
