El Paso County Facilities & Strategic Infrastructure Management Department (County) is seeking written proposal from qualified, licensed, and experienced Respondents to provide general and on-call pesticide services for El Paso County owned or leased facilities. Respondent proposals shall include costs necessary to perform services as specified herein. Respondents’ price shall include labor, cost for inspection, and pesticide services during normal business hours, after hours, and weekends and holidays as required in the attached Fee Schedule. Base bid will include cost to accomplish all services as stated herein and as directed by the County. The bid cost shall be quoted on a monthly/quarterly and extended annual price per facility as outlined in the Fee Schedule Form on page fourteen (14) of this Solicitation. Bonds required.
