In general terms, Contractor shall perform the work in compliance with all applicable rules, regulations, codes, ordinances and laws of the regulatory and government agencies having jurisdiction over the areas in which the work is to be preformed and shall provide at its sole cost and expense, all management, supervision, administrative support, supplies, permits, tools, materials, equipment, traffic control and labor necessary for the installations of “Blow Molded” fold and form PVC pipe liner or where the District specifies something other than Blow Molded fold and form PVC pipe liner, in situ sewer line rehabilitation using “In-Situ” resin impregnated cured-in-place pipe (a.k.a. CIPP). The materials shall include, but are not limited to: PVC line, resin impregnated cured in place pipe, grout, concrete and all materials, tools, equipment and labor necessary to install the in-situ rehabilitation products complete and in place. The anticipated (not guaranteed) amount of Work (combined total quantity of both rehabilitation methods) to be performed in accordance with this Contract in 2025 will be approximately 2,000 linear feet. Bonds required.
