In accordance with Article 5.2 of the Garfield County Procurement Code (“GCPC”), Garfield County is soliciting competitive sealed bids from qualified individuals or companies to provide as needed snow and ice removal services for the Garfield County facilities located in the Glenwood Springs area. Work will include but is not limited to; clearing snow and ice from parking lots and walkways, applying deicing agents, and removal of excessive snow piles using the contractors own labor, materials, and equipment.
