The City of Glenwood Springs is seeking proposals to install a fire sprinkler system in the city’s Fleet Shop and Offices at 2222 Devereux Road. The building is 10,000 square feet in size containing: a large open office area with drop ceilings, a small storage balcony above a portion of the office area, 3 storage type rooms off of the shop area, one electrical closet, one IT closet, two bathrooms, one individual office, storage closets, with the open shop space making up a majority of the building’s square footage. See attached plans and photos of the building. A Fleet Shop: repair garages and metal working/machine shops are Ordinary Hazard Group 2 for NFPA 13 Sprinkler design
