This project entails the replacement of an existing exterior ramp and stair at the Fraser town hall with a new ADA compliant ramp and stair. Adjacent Parking areas will be modified for ADA compliance, renovations will be made to the existing roof over the entrance to reduce the risk from snow shedding onto pedestrians entering the building. An existing awning over the entrance will be replaced. The canopy will design assist deferred submittal by an area fabricator ,there is no scope of work on the interior of the building. All other are existing to remain. Bonds required.
