The Town is seeking proposals from qualified design firms engaged in providing architectural and engineering design services for a new Public Works Operations Facility (PWOF) to be located at 510 GCR 72. The work will include Pre-Design programming confirmation, site characterization/investigations, and Schematic Design including architectural, structural, civil, mechanical, and electrical engineering services. Past facility programming suggests approximately 27,000 sf covered operations space of which a third is cold storage. It is the intent of the Town to contract with the selected firm under a not-to-exceed fee for professional services agreement. Contract deliverables, including approximately 30% schematic design documents package will be used to solicit an RFP for full design and construction through a Construction Manager at Risk delivery method. Bonds required.
