This project consists of rehabilitating the First Floor and Second Floor Men’s and Women’s restroom at Lakewood Cultural Center. The scope of work includes removing and reinstalling all urinals and wall hung toilets, as well as the flush valves. Removing and replacing all partitions, electrical fixtures, plumbing fixtures, existing drywall, and tile flooring and wall tile. Additional branch circuitry will need to be run from adjacent electrical rooms for all restrooms. Additional electrical and plumbing fixtures will be installed Bonds required.
